Casa Trasluz is a single-storey white house in the Sierra de Córdoba: 84 m² built on a 435 m² plot, fully furnished, with a fenced private pool and a garden of its own. It is reached along a private track. What follows is the information a location is chosen on, including the figures that have not been measured yet — those are stated as missing rather than estimated. The high-speed rail station comes first because it is the figure that decides things: a crew can arrive by train and cover the remaining eight kilometres in ten minutes, with no car hire for the day.

The price follows what is done with the images afterwards: an editorial shoot and a campaign with exclusivity are not the same thing. Tell me the project, the number of days and the size of the crew, and you will have a firm quote the same day.

Private access: no municipal permit, no road-occupation fee
The house is reached through private land. No town-hall permit and no road-occupation fee apply to parking, rigging or holding the access, because no public road is occupied at any point.
Public liability insurance
A current certificate naming the property is required before the shoot day.
Crew and schedule
A crew list and the planned schedule are required, set-up and strike included.
Two cats live here
Bilbo and Amiguísimo. They come in and out of the house and can be kept outside during shooting hours, but they live here, so the house cannot be treated as allergen-free. Better said here than discovered on the day.
Drone
Flying is possible where the operation complies with the rules. Córdoba airport is 19 km away, so the airspace must be checked with ENAIRE before the shot is counted on.
